This can mean refining everything right down to the smallest details. Whether thats a special card stock that we have sourced for you or a new layout or colour combination. I love a creative challenge so no idea is too big!

We will work very closely together, covering everything from what you like, dislike, ideas you might have, colours, paper choices, the list goes on! Bespoke wedding suites begin at £1,300 for a 3-piece suite of 100 using our house paper stock. This includes the main invitation with envelopes, details card and RSVP with envelope. The average ‘Emma Bradstreet Paper & Press’ couple typically spends around £1,500 - £2,500. Pricing varies depending on quantity, paper choices and printing processes. Other factors to consider include the addition of embellishments such as an illustrated map, wax seals, custom illustrations, ribbon etc.

The bespoke process usually takes around 4 months from start to finish. I recommend reaching out 6 months in advance when possible (earlier if you are looking for Save the Dates as well) but the sooner the better is always ideal to ensure I can fit you in. I only take on a limited number of bespoke clients at a time so that I can ensure you have my full attention and we can pour out hearts into the creation of your beautiful stationery.

SHORT OF TIME?
Occasionally it may be possible to offer a quicker turnaround depending on my current workload at the time. If you require your stationery to have a total turnaround of 8 weeks and I am able to complete the work within this timeframe, a rush fee of 25% will be required.

ON-THE-DAY STATIONERY
I appreciate that with so many things to think about, your on the day stationery may need to be discussed at a later stage. I do however strongly advise that, should you like me to help you with your ‘On-the-Day’ stationery, that you let me know the pieces you will require at the booking stage so I can ensure I save time in my calendar to help you at the time.

WHEN SHOULD I GET IN TOUCH?
It is never too early to get in touch. It allows you to get something crossed off your list but it also means that I can make sure you are in my diary so we can avoid disappointments if I am fully booked. If you are not ready to start work on your stationery, we can delay beginning until a later date but the important thing is we have you booked in!

STEP 1 - CONSULTATION

After you have had a read through this page, feel free to go ahead and book an introductory call with me here. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and for me to help answer any questions you might have. You will receive an introductory questionnaire to fill out before our call which helps me get a better idea of what you are looking for in advance of our chat, it also helps provide me with more information to provide you with an initial quote.

STEP 2 - BOOKING IN

After our call, if you decide you would like to go ahead and get booked in, I will send you a final proposal which will also include our contract and invoice. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking before any design work begins. The remaining 50% is due after approval of your final proof and before printing.

STEP 3 - INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

Once you are officially booked in, you will receive a link to a scheduled design consultation where we chat about what you envisage for your stationery. You can send me inspiration, we will talk about paper choices, colour suggestions and any ideas you might have. This acts as a chance to get an even better feel for what you are looking for before I go away and start designing.

STEP 4 - PROPOSAL

After our initial design consultation, I will then create a design proposal for you from all the ideas we discussed. This will include visual inspiration, suggested papers, colours and embellishments as well as typeface options and rough sketch ideas. I will then send this to you for your feedback so we can check we are on the same page.

STEP 5 - DESIGN

After we have refined and finalised your initial concept, I will get to work on bringing your designs to life. Any illustrated elements will be completed at this stage. Once the design is complete, I will send you a digital proof for your approval.

STEP 6 - REVISIONS

After receiving the digital proofs, this is your chance to make any revisions. You have one revision at this stage if there are still some tweaks you would like to make.

STEP 7 - PRODUCTION

Once your proof has been approved, I will request for the remaining balance to be paid from your invoice. Once this is received, I will send your designs off to the specialist plate makers for your letterpress or foil plates to be made. Everything is printed in-house on either my antique letterpress or my hot foil press so I can ensure everything is printed to perfection. Production takes around 3 weeks.

STEP 8 - ASSEMBLY & POSTAGE

If you would like me to assemble and post your invitations directly to your guests this is absolutely possible. This includes any tieing of ribbons, assembling of belly bands, stuffing of envelopes and stamping each invitation. There is an additional charge of £1.20 per invitation.

If you would prefer to assemble your own invitations, I can post everything directly to you via an insured courier. Shipping is usually around £20 per package.

STEP 9 - ON-THE-DAY STATIONERY

Once we have completed your invitation suites, we will begin the design and production of any on-the-day pieces that you might require.
